How to get your 8 glasses a day
The task of drinking eight glasses of water per day can seem a daunting one, but we at Drinking Water Fountains are here to help. It’s really a lot easier than you may think; the key is to make your water habits consistent, and to drink in small quantities, that way you’ll not even notice how much liquid you’re consuming. So read on, oh beloved blog followers, for our hydration tips:
– Start the day with a big glass of water with your cornflakes/cereal/toast/fry-up. It’ll help wake you up, and that’s one down already.
– Try carrying a bottle of water around with you during the day. Every time you look at it or think about it, take a couple of sips. It’ll also help squash the temptation of drinking fizzy sodas, which dehydrate you and contain masses of sugar.
– If you’re in the office, take regular breaks to visit the office water cooler or one of the drinking water fountains. Who knows, you might even bump into someone special…
– Take a glass with you to bed, and if you wake up in the night, take a sip to refresh yourself, and to lull you back to sleep.
