Drinking Fountain Water Maintenance Contracts

We offer a full range of drinking water fountain maintenance contracts for fountains that have been purchased or inherited by customers. This service can also be used to cover any drinking water fountains that customers may have on site.

Basic Water Fountain Cover

Our basic service costs customers £150 per year per water cooler. This basic package includes two six monthly sanitisation and filter changes in accordance with municipal regulations. If you own a drinking water fountain this should be done as an essential part of your product care and to ensure hygiene standards.

If a water fountain purchased through us breaks down during the first year, the call out charges and parts are covered by us. After the first year we have a £35 call out charge for the first hour. Subsequent 30 minutes after the first hour are charged at £15. Parts are charged at cost and are agreed with the client.

Comprehensive Water Fountain Cover

Our comprehensive service costs customers £200 per year per drinking fountain. This basic package includes two six monthly sanitisation and filter changes in accordance with industry and municipal regulations. If you own a drinking fountain this should be done as an essential part of your product care and to ensure hygiene standards.

We include two hours of call out charges in our comprehensive package. Further call out charges after this are charged at £35 call out charge  for the first hour. Subsequent 30 minutes after the first hour are charged at £15. Parts are charged at cost and are agreed with the client.
