We were established with the aim of developing long term relationships with both customers and suppliers – sourcing great quality products and then assisting customers in maintaining these products over a long term period. We start relationships with many customers when they are looking to overhaul/maintain existing water fountains and eventually assist them with the replacement of the fountain once the equipment is past maintaining.
Simple maintenance often involves the replacement of internal parts that come into contact with the mains water from the point that it is taken from the mains-fed source. Common accessories that need replaced are the drinking water bubbler – shown to the right – or indeed the swan neck tap for filling bottles. Many swan necks are easy sources of vandalism within water fountains and customers can choose to replace these with more substantial swan necks or even to remove this source and place a blanking plate in their place.
